UNC Parking Services

University of Northern Colorado parking rules and regulations are enforced year round. Signs posted at parking lot entrances indicate hours of enforcement and types of permit required for parking in that lot. UNC's Parking lots require a permit 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Service spaces, ADA spaces and fire lanes are enforced 24/7.

New Permit Options Available This Year!

We鈥檝e added a new permit option for employees and students who only want a permit for the fall and spring semesters. For most permit types we鈥檝e added an academic year version that鈥檚 valid from the purchase date through May 9, 2025. If you won鈥檛 be parking on campus during the summer, this permit is a great option for you. When you select your permit, look for 鈥淎cademic鈥� in the permit type. Full year permits will still be available as 鈥淎nnual鈥� permits.
